Heavy Equipment Hauler & Crew Laborer

$30-$35 per hour plus plenty of overtime with year-round benefits!

Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal

Location: Pewaukee, WI or Franksville, WI

Home every night with some very limited overnights.

No weekend work

Drive. Haul. Build. Join Pro 2 Pave! Pro 2 Pave, Inc. is hiring a reliable, safety-first Class A CDL Driver to join our hardworking pave or concrete teams. If you can handle both manual and automatic transmissions and want consistent seasonal work, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equipment Transport: Safely operate commercial vehicles to haul heavy equipment like pavers, rollers, and skid steers.

  • Material Delivery: Transport materials such as asphalt, aggregate, and base to job sites.

  • Load Securement: Properly secure all loads using chains, binders, and straps in compliance with DOT regulations.

  • Inspections: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance.

  • Crew Support: Assist the paving crew with labor or site tasks when deliveries are complete.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.

  • Experience hauling heavy construction equipment is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work long hours during the busy season.
